Official Giveaway Rules

Please read the rules carefully before entering. Submitting an entry indicates that you agree to all terms below.


1. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older to enter.
  • Giveaway is open to couples with 2026–2027 wedding dates
  • The couple must have a confirmed wedding date and venue at the time of entry.
  • Wedding must take place within 50 miles of the Roanoke VA area or surrounding areas. Travel outside this region may require additional fees.


2. How to Enter

To be officially entered, participants must complete ALL required steps listed on the main giveaway page:

  1. Follow @TravisCarrPhoto on Instagram
  2. Like + Repost the giveaway post
  3. Tag 3 friends in the comments
  4. Share the post to their Instagram Story
  5. Submit the entry form

Entries missing any required step will not be counted.


3. What’s Included

The winner will receive the full wedding photography package listed below:

  • 8 hours of wedding day coverage
  • Complimentary engagement session
  • Professional editing
  • Custom online gallery with lifetime hosting
  • 50-photo sneak peek delivered within 48 hours

Package value: $3,200


4. What’s Not Included

  • Travel or lodging fees outside of SWVA
  • Additional hours of coverage
  • Second photographer
  • Albums, prints, or add-ons (available for purchase)


5. Date Restrictions

  • Winner must choose a date that is not yet booked on my calendar.
  • Blackout dates may apply (holidays, already-booked weekends, etc.).
  • If the winning couple’s date is unavailable, another eligible couple will be randomly selected.


6. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be chosen at random from verified, completed entries.
  • Winner will be notified via email and announced on Instagram on January, 15th 2026
  • The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the package. If not, a new winner will be selected.


7. Contract Requirement

The winner must sign a standard wedding photography contract within 14 days of winning to secure their date.

No purchase is required at any point, but a signed contract is.


8. Cancellation Policy

If the winner cancels their wedding or is unable to move forward with the contract:

  • The giveaway package cannot be transferred or gifted to another couple.
  • A new winner may be selected at my discretion.


9. Rights + Usage

By entering, you agree that:

  • The images from your engagement session and wedding may be used in my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • You grant permission for your first names and wedding date/location to be announced publicly if you win.


10. No Cash Value

The prize:

  • Has no cash alternative
  • Cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Cannot be applied to a previously booked wedding
